To ensure that you receive your new phone as quickly and safely as possible, Eugro Mobile uses a range of delivery options. Delivery times for all options are detailed below.

Please note that in order to ensure that all details on your order are correct, items may not ship until we are able to verify the order and card holder details. This may occur by phone so please record a number on your order that you are available on during business hours to ensure timely delivery.

Insured Courier Delivery

  • 2-5 days handling time.
  • Freight generally handled by Fedex.
  • Next day from our Shanghai warehouse into US International.
  • Other more regional areas are usually between 2 to 7 days depending on remoteness.

Express Shipping Service

  • 1-2 days handling time, generally arrives 1 day sooner.
  • Freight generally handled by Fedex.
  • Overnight from our Shanghai warehouse into US International.
  • Other more regional areas are usually between 1 to 5 days depending on remoteness.

PO Box Delivery

  • 2-5 days handling time.
  • Freight generally handled by Fedex.
  • Two days from our Shanghai warehouse into our local fulfilment centre.
  • Local courier delivery thereafter, generally between 1 to 5 days depending on location.

International

  • 2-5 days handling time.
  • Freight generally handled by Fedex.
  • Delivery between 2 and 15 days depending upon region.
  • Please contact us for more specific time frames.

Regular Post

  • 2-5 days handling time.
  • Items sent through US Post into USA.
  • Other postal networks for international destinations.
  • Delivery timeframes vary according to location, generally 3-7 days.

Order Tracking

No matter where the phone is sourced, EugroMobile makes all attempts to keep you regularly informed of when you can expect delivery.

For all instances (except Regular Post) you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website will be provided. This is emailed to you through our fulfilment system, normally on the evening of the day of shipment for metro areas and the following morning for regional or orders received late in the day.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Shipping Rates

  • Express courier deliveries to USA start at $29.95 delivery charge and vary by the weight of your package. Our checkout calculates this for your automatically.
  • PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries to USA start at $29.95 delivery charge and vary by the weight of your package. Our checkout calculates this for your automatically.

If we have any issues with any of your items being out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order and work out an alternative solution for you. You will not be charged for any goods that are not in stock.
